the holidays are coming up. and a huge moment in “time” where we’re going into 2026. this year has been tough. Grief has been ever present- in a multitude of ways. i went through a breakup, moved from my hometown, we lost my dad in october and my aunt a few days before thanksgiving. and i cry just about every day thinking of them and all those we’ve lost. i’ve experienced many wins this year too, but when your loved ones physically die- the wins don’t outweigh the harsh reali
