What to Expect at She Is Resilience

Starting therapy can feel exciting and vulnerable at the same time. At She Is Resilience, the process is intentional, supportive, and centered around helping you reconnect with yourself, trust your decisions, and take aligned action in your life.

Here’s what you can expect when working together.

1. The Consultation​
All clients begin with a 15-minute consultation. This is a space for us to connect, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore what you’re hoping to shift or create in your life.
We’ll discuss:

What feels heavy or confusing right now

What you’ve already tried

What you want more of moving forward

Whether working together feels like the right fit
The consultation fee is $50 and is applied to your first session if we move forward together.
This is not a commitment to therapy — it’s an intentional first step.

2. Therapy Sessions​
Therapy at She Is Resilience is collaborative, solution-focused, and action-oriented. While we acknowledge how past experiences may influence the present, our work centers on:

My clinical approach is personable, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive. I strive to create a collaborative and authentic space to foster radical holistic healing and liberation. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor (when appropriate), while also gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck.

My work is solution-focused and trauma-informed, meaning:
