A gentle note before you listen

Hello! I appreciate you being here! I want to take a moment to highlight some things.
These poems are my original work, written across different seasons of my life. some held for years, some born more recently. They come from lived experience, reflection, grief, love, memory, and becoming.
As you listen, you may notice emotions, memories, or sensations arise within you. Please know that this is a natural response to art that speaks to the heart and the nervous system. I invite you to move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and tend gently to yourself.
These pieces are offered for reflection and connection. They are not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis support.
If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, activated, or unsafe, please reach out for support. Help is available, and you deserve care.
