At She Is Resilience, sessions are private pay at $185 per session. We also accept select insurance plans. For clients located in DC, we accept Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Cigna, & CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. For clients in Virginia, we currently accept Cigna & CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.

We understand that investing in your mental health can feel like a big step, and we want to meet you with care and flexibility. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available.
